We have a table at this WI organised event. If you have donations of items for the stall please contact Dawn (213768) or Sandra (215434) before Wednesday the 7th April.
Volunteers are also needed to staff the stall.

Graham Cook Memorial Sponsored Walk
Groby Pool: Newton Linford Lane Groby Leicestershire LE6 0FR
Sunday 25 April, 9.45am for 10am start
This is a circular walk starting from Groby Pool, and visiting Sheet Hedges Wood, Newtown Linford, Martinshaw Wood, Groby Village.
Start: Meet and park at Groby Pool Car Park.
How to get there: From Loughborough take A6 and A46. Leave the A46 at the junction for Groby and the A50. At the large roundabout take the road that leads into Groby and then turn right into Newtown Linford Lane. This takes you under the A50 and the car park will be on your left.
From Leicester, just follow the Groby Road (A50) and turn off towards Groby village to reach Newtown Linford Lane

Lunch: For those participants who would like to have a lunch at a pub after the walk, there are pubs in Groby village and also a "Two-for-One" pub on the left of Groby Road heading into Leicester, just past the Glenfield Hospital and the Gilroes Cemetery.

So that Cancer Research UK can reclaim "gift aid" from the Inland Revenue on behalf of those sponsors who pay tax, it is important to ensure that they put a tick in the right hand column of the sponsorship form.

Two Choirs Concert, Trinity Methodist Church, Rorlands Rd, Loughborough
Saturday 2nd October 2010.
The Coalville and District Male Voice Choir and Loughborough Ladies' Choir will be putting on a concert for us. It is vital that we sell tickets to make this a worthwhile event so please put the date in your diaries.
